What was once a beloved local staple  known for years as McGovern’s has been lovingly brought back to life by Adam and Brittany Rose, who transformed the property with their own hands, a lot of heart, and the help of family, friends, and local Wheeling businesses.

Born from a spontaneous spark at a NASCAR race in Bristol and years of careful renovation, The Rose Garden blends old-school charm with a fresh new identity. From our handcrafted menu featuring classics like fried green tomatoes alongside creative bites like our signature dip flight  to our full bar stocked with drink specials, wines, and domestic and international beers, there’s something here for everyone.

Step inside, grab a seat on the double-deck outdoor patio, and stay a while. We’re off the beaten path, but that’s exactly the point. Good food, good drinks, and good people that’s The Rose Garden.
